Overview
Assisting the Client Service teams in aspects of insurance, accounting and/or compliance to deliver a
timely, high quality service to a portfolio of clients.
How you'll make an impact
? Preparation of Board Pack on Virtual Board Room.
? First review of minutes and matter arising following board meetings
Insurance specific responsibilities
? Preparation of policy documentation
? Acting on instruction from brokers, loss adjusters, lawyers, actuaries and other third party service providers
? Preparation of draft policy wording, slips, cover notes, endorsements and certificates
? Review and confirm claims coverage and incidents
? Underwriting, claims and premium administration
? Processing payments in respect of claims and premiums
? Preparation of solvency calculations
? Maintains all individual and bordereau files
? Preparation of the annual insurance return to the GSFC Accounting specific responsibilities
? Assists with the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements by the preparation of accounts working papers and input into the accounting records
? Assists with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and any other financial reports that may be requested by the client
? Assists with the preparation of tax return
