We are seeking a Trainee Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts with vendors, clients, and partners while ensuring adherence to legal standards and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Managing Site work & Labour, attending site meetings, dealing with site agents to book labour.
Collaborate with various departments to support smooth running of sites.
Facilitate change management processes related to contract modifications or renewals.
Engage in business development activities by providing insights on contract terms that support strategic planning.
Maintain relationships with contractors while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Skills
Experience of Contract Management preferred
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Excellent Organizational and record keeping skills.
Knowledge of working with Microsoft packages and General IT skills.
Experience in the Construction Industry would be beneficial.
