We are a leading telecommunications solutions provider specialising in mobile network infrastructure and in-building wireless solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated Trainee Data Cabling Engineers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in telecoms and progress through industry-recognised training.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years' experience in structured cabling/telecoms. No formal qualifications required. Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally work away from home (notice will be given). After completion of the probation period, you will have the opportunity to complete CNET CNCI training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and maintenance of Indoor DAS solutions in commercial and high-profile venues. Support structured cabling installations, including fibre and copper (Cat6 and Cat6A). Help with RF equipment installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting. Work at heights to install antennas, feeders, and associated hardware. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Skills & Attributes:

Full UK driving licence. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Flexible and able to travel for work as required.

Preferred Experience (not essential):

Some experience with Indoor DAS installation or structured cabling. Knowledge of RF and cellular technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
