We are seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse to join our professional dental team. Duties

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials before appointments Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment care instructions, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed Maintain strict hygiene standards by sterilising instruments and ensuring clinical areas are clean and organised Record patient information accurately using IT systems, including treatment notes and medical histories Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimise daily operations Support with administrative tasks such as stock control and ordering supplies Offer compassionate patient care, addressing concerns and providing reassurance throughout treatments

Requirements

Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting is preferred Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment Good IT literacy to operate practice management software and record patient data accurately Knowledge of nursing principles relevant to dental care is desirable Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism and empathy at all times Relevant qualifications in nursing or dental assistance are advantageous but not essential for internship positions
