Job Summary

SmileWorks is a private dental clinic in Dyke Road, Brighton with free parking and easy access from outside the city, to and from the centres of Brighton and Hove.

We have a team of highly trained and passionate dental professionals, specialising in restorative dentistry, orthodontics and facial aesthetics.

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity if you're passionate about dentistry and looking to start a rewarding career in healthcare.

You will receive structured on-the-job training (including chairside nursing, infection control and health & safety) and support in completing your dental nursing qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dental team with chairside support during procedures Prepare, sterilise and maintain equipment and surgery rooms Help deliver excellent patient care and reassurance Support administrative tasks where required (e.g., reception cover / patient records) Maintain a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment

What We're Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn Team player with a positive attitude GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent) desirable but not essential No prior dental experience required -- full training will be provided
