Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment before appointments
Greet patients warmly, help them feel relaxed, and provide clear instructions for their visits
Support with patient record keeping, including updating charts and documenting procedures accurately
Learn to take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) under supervision, adhering to safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards in accordance with infection control guidelines
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure smooth clinic operations
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including stock management of dental supplies
Requirements
A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to pursue a career as a dental nurse or in dental care
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and team members
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
