About the Role

Our luxury Dental Lounge practice in Llandaff, are seeking a

trainee dental nurse with previous dental experience who can also support front-of-house reception duties

.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role--combining patient care in surgery with delivering a first-class welcome at reception.

Previous dental experience is essential

, and further in-house training will be provided to support your development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists chair-side during a full range of dental procedures Adhere to infection-control protocols and maintain equipment and materials Greet patients, manage the reception desk and appointment bookings Handle telephone and email enquiries and process payments Support the wider team and be flexible to cover surgery or reception as needed
Requirements

Previous dental experience is essential

Strong communication and patient-care skills Competent with basic IT systems (for patient records, scheduling and payments) Good organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable, friendly and professional manner Ability to commute to or relocate near Llandaff, Cardiff

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
