Job Description

We are looking to expand our team and we are seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dynamic and friendly Orthodontic Team at Scottish Orthodontics who are passionate about giving our patients the best possible orthodontic experience!

The ideal candidate will be placed on a registered course, will start a vocational work placement to study and use that knowledge to work at the same time and will be supported by all our experienced team members.

We are looking for an energetic and reliable professional who is excited about helping our patients improve their smiles.

Interview and Training:

Will be provided in our Carluke Branch.
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellent dentistry/orthodontic knowledge and clinical skills. Maintain and ensure patient confidentiality of their notes/files. Communicate and coordinate with the rest of the team. Demonstrate an understanding of infection control standards. Work in a fast paced environment
Essential Skills:

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling
Experience in Dental Nursing
