The Role

This is a hands-on learning role where you will work alongside our dentists while studying for your dental nursing qualification. Your day-to-day will involve:

Learning the ropes:

Assisting dentists chair side during treatments and examinations.

Patient care:

Welcoming patients, putting them at ease, and ensuring they have a comfortable experience.

Safety first:

Learning to sterilise instruments and maintain strict infection control (we will teach you all the protocols).

Organisation:

detailed record-keeping and setting up the surgery for the day.

About You

You don't need a dental background, but you do need:

A "people person" attitude:

You are calm, empathetic, and great at communicating.

Reliability:

You are punctual, organised, and ready to work hard.

Academic basics:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are usually required for the training course.

Tech-savvy:

Comfortable using computers for notes and admin.

Hepatitis B immunization:

Willingness to undergo this (standard for healthcare).
