Active Smile is an established, patient-focused private dental practice in Evesham, offering a broad range of dental services with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and patient care. We are looking for amotivated and reliable Trainee Dental Nursewho is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and is committed to developing a career in dentistry.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their dental nursing career within a supportive, well-organised practice that values training, standards, and professional development.

The Role

You will work closely with our experienced clinical team, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of dentistry while being fully supported through structured training and supervision.

Following the successful completion of a probationary period, you will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Dental Nursing Apprenticeship, allowing you to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working in practice.

Duties Will Include

Assisting dentists and qualified nurses during dental treatments Preparing and maintaining surgeries to a high standard Learning and following cross-infection control procedures Supporting patients in a calm, professional, and caring manner Decontamination duties (full training provided) Occasional reception support when required (training provided) Maintaining accurate records under supervision Working as part of a team to support smooth clinical workflows
There is genuine opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of dentistry, including general, cosmetic, Invisalign, implants, and surgical procedures.

About You

What We Offer

Competitive pay: 12.30 - 13.30 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time hours:

39.5 per week

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 6:15pm (1 hour lunch), Friday: 8:45am - 2:15pm No weekends Structured training and support Level 3 Dental Nursing Apprenticeship following successful probation Uniform provided CPD costs covered once qualified Supportive, professional, and respectful working environment
