Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required. Manage appointment schedules and ensure efficient clinic operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Collaborate with other dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and managing inventory of dental supplies.

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a focus on delivering compassionate support to patients. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Relevant nursing qualifications or experience in a healthcare setting. Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
