Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Provide high-quality patient care, addressing patient needs and concerns with empathy. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using IT systems. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and the dental team. Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the clinical environment.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or training. Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and scheduling. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy practice setting.
