We have an opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Parks Dental Care in Newtownards.


No previous dental experience is needed for this role. If you have a genuine interest in health and well-being, are passionate about delivering great service, and looking for a career where you can learn, grow and develop, then this could be a perfect fit for you.

37.5 hours a week Typical shifts are 8.50am-5.20pm Training supported by our highly experienced team - your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded by PortmanDentex Rate of pay for a trainee is 12.21 per hour On road parking close to the practice

Located in the Newtownards, Parks Dental Care we have been treating patients and delivering outstanding dental care in Newtownards for 30 years. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

About you


We welcome your application to our Trainee Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:

GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are essential to undertake the course Enjoy working as part of a team, and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair-side assistance, ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures
