The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality services. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.

Duties

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring that the necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide chairside support to enhance patient comfort and care during treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience or knowledge in IT systems relevant to dental practice management is advantageous. A caring attitude towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience as a nurse or in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential.
