We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. As a Dental Nurse, you will assist dentists during procedures, manage patient records, and contribute to a welcoming environment for our patients.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised. Provide high-quality patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using IT systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dental surgery and equipment. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to enhance overall patient experience.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or training. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
