We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. Duties

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments in accordance with health and safety standards Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality at all times Support with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient correspondence Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, organised, and welcoming environment Monitor patient wellbeing throughout appointments, offering reassurance and support as needed

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards patients of all ages Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members Proven organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy clinical setting Good IT literacy for handling electronic health records and appointment systems Knowledge of nursing practices relevant to dental care is desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
