Trainee Dental Nurse
We are seeking a reliable, punctual, motivated, enthusiastic and a trustworthy individual to join our busy team.
We are looking for an individual who has -

- the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- the ability to use own initiative
No experience or previous training is necessary as full training will be provided. Dental Nursing course will be arranged to gain full Diploma qualification.
The successful applicant role will include, but not limited to the following:
Greeting and welcoming patients;
Administration duties and ensure patient's records are kept up to date and to maintain confidentiality at all times;
Answering enquiries by telephone or person;
Booking appointments and taking payment for treatments;
Assisting the dentist with all clinical aspects within the surgery and provide excellent patient care, ensuring that correct equipment is available, preparing instruments and materials for various treatment in advance;
Applying proficient surgery procedures and ensuring the best utilisation of surgery time;
Decontamination duties (all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile as appropriate according to the practice's health and safety and infection control procedures and manufacturers' instructions).
Salary would be based on experience and this job will also be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Part time would be considered for the right applicant.
