SpaDental Tewkesbury are looking for a trainee dental nurse, to enrol onto a trainee dental nurse course to work across two of our practices in Tewkesbury and Ledbury with hours to be completed between Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings. The successful candidate must be flexible with a changing shift pattern and have their own means of transportation to travel between practices.

This is a role that allows you to learn on the job, leading to a recognised qualification, whilst being paid as an employee.

Duties to include:

Learning to support our clinical team in providing a wide range of quality dental treatment to patients

Setting up and closing down the surgery

Learning how to clean and decontaminate instruments in line with infection control policies

Providing chairside assistance during dental treatments

Upholding and adhering to all policies and procedures

Booking of appointments

Answering and making phone calls

Taking payments

You will be expected to work on weekends and evenings as and when requested.

The successful candidate must be polite, dynamic and outgoing who is computer literate and has excellent communication skills. You will be supported with chairside training in working hours and will need to allow time for study at home to meet examination and course work requirements.
