Working Days:
This position will require working on Saturday (until 2pm) as well as Thursday & Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm). There is scope to work this role full time also.

Responsibilities:
Assist in providing high-quality patient care and support during dental procedures and dentists.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with GDC regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to foster a positive environment, plus providing a warm and friendly service with our patients.
Utilize IT skills to manage dental software and maintain organised and accurate documentation.
Support the dental team with organisational tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Preparing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and sterilisation
Covering reception duties as needed, including answering calls, booking appointments, and welcoming patients
Requirements:
Experience with reception duties and any dental experience is welcome, but it is not essential because the most important thing is that you are willing to learn and enthusiastic
Ability to work on Saturday as well as weekdays
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
A friendly, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and a passion for patient care
A willingness to enrol or already be enrolled in an approved dental nursing course
