We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will support dentists during procedures, provide excellent patient care, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials prior to appointments Sterilise and maintain dental equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions and support Record patient information accurately using IT systems Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean clinical environment Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance

Experience

Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of patient care practices within a clinical environment Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with patients and team members Basic IT skills for managing patient records and appointment systems Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients of all ages

Pay: 10.00-10.40 per hour
