Summary
We are seeking a Trainee dental nurse to join The Ridge Dental Surgery you will gain an NVQ in dental nursing through and apprenticeship.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring that patients receive exceptional care during their visits. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellence in dental services.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure optimal patient care.
Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring all necessary instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
Provide compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up care to enhance patient experience.
Communicate effectively with both patients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Maths and english Grade C.
Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with patients and staff.
Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
