Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified /trainee dental nurse to join our well established practice in Sketty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and ensuring excellent patient care.

We are a mixed NHS /private practice .

Training will be given by an experienced team of Qualified dental nurses.

Good rates of pay. Full uniform and PPE provided. Private Health care plan included with Simply Health. GDC registration paid. Indemnity paid. CPD membership paid. Additional holiday entitlement above the recommended requirement.
Salary: depending on experience

Full time position: 38.5 hours a week (no weekends)

Duties:
- Assist the dentist in all clinical procedures
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment for treatments
- Prepare instruments and materials for dental procedures
- Provide excellent patient care and support throughout treatments
- Manage patient records and update information accurately
- Carry out reception duties when required
- Utilise IT systems effectively for patient records and scheduling

Requirements:

- Friendly, good work ethic.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good IT skills for managing patient records efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively
- Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
