Role Information

Our Burton site is looking at taking on 'Trainee Dispensers', on a permanent full time basis.


Working 40hrs per week, between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, you will be part of a small team that accurately picks and packs up to 5000 medicines and ancillary products per day, ensuring that dates are checked, stock is rotated, and any issues are logged in line with regulatory standards, before they go out to our patients.


With auto enrolment onto a level 2 dispensing qualification, not only will you have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to our patients journey you will have the chance to build a career within Sciensus as further training opportunities will be available.

Please note that is a non-patient facing role.

What is required?

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate being able to work with accuracy and pace and show a willingness to achieve set targets alongside being proficient in the use of different IT software systems.


Having previous pharmacy experience or a desire to build a career within this industry would be an advantage.
