Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior drainage technicians with CCTV drainage surveys to identify blockages, defects and structural issues. Operate jetting equipment under supervision to clear and maintain drainage systems. Support the use of specialist surveying tools and software to record drainage conditions. Learn to interpret drainage drawings, site plans and as-built records. Assist in preparing accurate survey reports and maintenance records. Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures in line with company policy and legislation. Keep tools, vehicles and equipment clean, safe and ready for use. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers and other team members. Undertake any other reasonable duties to support the drainage and groundworks teams.

Cards & Qualifications Required:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Good practical skills and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Eagerness to learn and develop technical knowledge. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Full UK driving licence (or working towards).

Desirable:

CSCS Labourer Card. Awareness of drainage systems or civil engineering processes. Basic mechanical or engineering knowledge.
