Duties

Assist experienced ductworkers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of duct systems Learn to measure, cut, and assemble duct components according to specifications Support the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring safety and organization Help with the transportation of materials and tools to various work locations Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times

Skills

Basic understanding of construction or mechanical environments is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Nice-to-have: prior experience with hand tools or construction equipment; valid driver's license is mandatory
