We are seeking a trainee Early Years Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their early years. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and effective communication with both children and their families.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that encourage children's curiosity and creativity.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the well-being of the children.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as safeguarding policies.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in early childhood education.
Qualifications
Graduates of any subject
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
A genuine passion for nurturing children's development through play-based learning.
