We're looking for a motivated Trainee Installation & Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Services team. You'll receive full training and support to develop the skills needed to install, configure, and maintain hosted and on-premises telephony systems across the UK -- helping our customers stay connected and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance and supervision of senior engineers, you will:

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hosted and on-premises telephony systems. Support fault diagnosis and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely. Help carry out network and infrastructure checks to ensure systems perform optimally. Work with project teams to deliver installations within agreed timescales. Assist in providing end-user guidance and system handovers. Keep accurate records of work completed and update documentation as required. Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service always.

Skills & Experience

Keen interest in IT, networking, or telecommunications. Basic understanding of networks (LAN/WAN), IP, or VoIP technologies (training provided). Good problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of a team. Positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail. Full UK driving licence
