Trainee Engineer



Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in engineering while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment. The Trainee Engineer will assist in various engineering tasks, focusing on equipment repair and maintenance, while learning from experienced professionals.

You will learn all aspects of the company including deliveries and integrated appliance installations

Responsibilities



Assist in the repair and maintenance of Domestic Appliances Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with Domestic Appliances Learn to read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionalities. Participate in building and assembling mechanical components under supervision. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Demonstrate leadership qualities by collaborating effectively with team members during projects. Engage in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills relevant to the engineering field.

Requirements



A keen interest in engineering with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems or previous experience in equipment repair is advantageous. Familiarity with white goods is a plus but not essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when working with schematics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Driving licence would be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,850.00-25,000.00 per year
