Job Description

Candidates will be trained as surveyors and analysts, before developing their learning and experience into consultancy and project management.

We have developed a training academy with a dedicated manager, whose sole purpose is to support and develop talent at Vintec..

The 'Asbestos Consultant Programme' is an enhanced training programme, which provides candidates with technical training, complementary skills, and management skills to ensure the candidate reaches their potential in the shortest time.

The programme is up to 4 years long, the candidate chooses to enrol in each year, or take a pause, or even decide to continue their career at Riverside outside of the training academy.

We pay a monthly bonus to enhanced academy members who are on track, meaning you will get better training, higher pay, and shorter routes to senior roles.

The programme is designed so successful candidates earn 30,000 within 2 years.

Role Benefits:



Starting wage 26,437 (including 1,000 academy bonus), staged increases to 30,400 by the end of the second year (including 2,000 academy bonus).

ROLE REQUIREMENTS



Level 3 qualifications (Degree, A levels, AS or NVQ 3 minimum)

Commit to 2-4 own time learning hours per week.

Must have a full UK driving licence and enjoy driving.

Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check.

Must be friendly, professional, and hard working at all times.

Be able to pass technical audits and exams.

Be methodical in their approach.
