Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual eager to launch a successful career in estate agency.
As a trainee estate agent within an extremely busy team, you will assist the sales team with all of their duties, dealing with vendors and third-party clients on a daily basis. You will also be expected to assist with admin duties, carry out viewings along with canvassing the local areas.
You must be able to work to weekly targets, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will be responsible for dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and carrying out various administrative duties along with conducting property viewings with our clients. You will also be required to drop off marketing leaflets to prospective clients. (You must have your own car).

Must have a full driving license and own car
Enthusiastic and highly driven
Excellent attention to detail
Must have the ability to hit targets and manage own time well
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 18,000.00 per year
