Cotswold Estate Agents established in 1993 is an independent family run business with a successful history over the last 30 years of selling properties in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham and the surrounding villages. We are looking for a Trainee Estate Agent to join our friendly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone of smart appearance, a team player with the ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail is key, having good verbal and written communication skills and above all else be friendly and personable with a positive attitude. Your role will include all aspects of estate agency, you will play a key part with vendors, providing support throughout the sales process, being involved in initial marketing, arranging and conducting viewings, assisting with the legal process and helping buyers to find the right property. A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED.

You will be expected to work 5 days a week between Monday and Friday 9.00 - 18.00 with 1 hour for lunch and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00 - 15.00 with a day off in the week when working a Saturday.

Salary:-20,500 - 25,000, plus commission plus 45p per mile fuel allowance

Accompanying valuations and viewings

Liaising with solicitors & surveyors

Dealing with client queries

Office administration

Liaising with clients face to face and on the telephone

Database management of bespoke estate agency software

Driving licence and own transport is required

Desirable qualifications

GCSE in:

English (grade 4/C) Maths (grade 4/C)
