Carter & Willow has an exciting opportunity for a trainee position. We are a fast paced and fast growing company that is looking to expand which could lead to further opportunities.

As a Carter & Willow trainee Sales/Lettings Negotiator, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying/renting a new home.

OTE of 25,000 - 40,000 could be achievable. Commissions are uncapped.

Training to be provided.

Duties:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties to clients
- Handle enquiries from clients, both in person and over the phone/email
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client leads
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area

Experience:

- No previous experience required but a customer service background would be a bonus
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

-Must have own car and clean U.K license and to be able to commute to Dagenham within a 30 minute drive.
