This is a fast paced, people focused role where you will spend much of your time out of the office, conducting viewings, meeting buyers and sellers, helping people find the right homes and learning how to negotiate property deals. Salary and earning potential

You will receive hands on training, daily coaching and real responsibility early on. This is not a desk bound role.

What the role involves

Conducting property viewings and meeting buyers face to face Responding promptly to online enquiries and converting interest into viewings and offers Helping applicants find homes that genuinely suit their needs Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Supporting sales from offer agreed through to completion Speaking with vendors regularly and providing clear updates Generating new instructions and opportunities Carrying out property marketing, photography, measurements and particulars Providing feedback after viewings Learning how to price property correctly and discuss market conditions Working towards clear targets and performance goals Ensuring all work meets legal and compliance requirements

What we are looking for

Must have own car and a full UK driving licence
