Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing professional advice and support Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and property listings Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Keep abreast of current market trends, property values, and local regulations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial contact to closing

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid right to work within the UK; valid driving licence is preferred but not essential A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in real estate and client satisfaction
