Real Estate Agent

About the Role

You will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and letting process, providing guidance and excellent customer service at every stage. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development and help you grow your skills within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering professional advice and support Conduct property viewings and open houses, presenting properties confidently and professionally Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements Build and maintain an organised database of clients, applicants, and property listings Negotiate offers and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Keep up to date with local market trends, property values, and relevant regulations Provide a high level of customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure transactions progress smoothly from start to completion

Requirements

Previous administrative or customer service experience is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships Multilingual abilities are highly desirable and welcomed Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Right to work in the UK; a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the role
