Due to growth we are hoping to expand our team and employ a trainee estate agent. This an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to start out at the beginning of their career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying and selling of properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favourable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, trends, and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Collaborate with other professionals in the industry, such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors. Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple listings efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. A valid driving licence and access to your own car will be essential to grow in the role. A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
