Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. As a Customer advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
Showcasing excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers
Processing customers online applications and converting to appointments/leads for local branches
Assist in the sales process by promoting products / services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Work towards achieving KPI's set by the Managers
What are we looking for:
Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
The ability to educate our customers on a range of services LRG offer
Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
Highly motivated and career orientated.
