Job Description
Reeds Rains Branch in Selby are looking to recruit a new Negotiator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of
National Home Move
who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.As a negotiator you will:
Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is ideal, however as full training will be given we will also consider relevant transferrable skills in customer service and sales
In return we offer:
On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa 24,000 plus per annum 6 months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota. Pension Scheme Career Progression
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
