Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic trainee Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, although not necessarily in the estate agency profession. Full training will be given across all aspects of the business including sales negotiation, and referrals to our mortgage services, removals, surveys and lettings partners.
Duties
Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers or tenants. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients, highlighting trends and property values. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties involved. Stay updated on local market conditions, property listings, and industry regulations to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and negotiating deals successfully. Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple properties, appointments, and client interactions efficiently.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
