Job Description
Thomas Estate Agents are looking for a new member to join our team in Tonypandy, we are a family run estate agency looking to expand due to the fast-paced environment and increased business demands.
Training is included.
We offer On Target Earnings (OTE) with uncapped commission.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous sales and customer service experience Have previous administrative experience Be able to work effectively within a team Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times Display high standards of service and presentation Have good organisational skills Have good time keeping skills Have flexibility and commitment to the role
Your job roles will include:
Carry out rental viewings and appraisals Carry out sales viewings and valuations Carry out rental inventories and creating schedules of condition Carry out rental inspections Carry out property checks Collect and deliver keys for access to properties Carry out property advertising, creating specifications, displays and virtual tours Liaise with tenants, vendors, landlords, purchasers and solicitors. Guide tenants or purchasers through application process. Complete training courses as required Answering calls, transferring to the relevant department and taking messages Booking appointments and managing availability
Requirements:
Driving license plus vehicle suitable for use Administrative experience (1 year minimum) Customer service experience (1 year minimum) Sales and/or lettings experience (preferred) English and Maths GCSE (C or above)
