We are looking for a confident and organised Property Compliance & Renewals Coordinator to manage tenancy renewals, property compliance, and communications with landlords, tenants, and suppliers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, staying organised, and keeping processes running smoothly.
No previous property management experience is required -- what matters most is your confidence, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tenancy renewals, ensuring all compliance obligations are completed before new terms are issued.
Track, arrange, and renew property certificates, including:
Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
Smoke and CO alarm checks
Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities for council tax, utilities, and other services.
Schedule property viewings, collect feedback, and provide updates to landlords.
Maintain accurate records of all compliance, certificates, and renewal activities.
Raise and process invoices, ensuring costs are recorded and approved.
Keep property compliance logs and supplier databases up-to-date.
Provide regular updates to landlords and tenants, delivering excellent customer service.
