About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our busy Biggleswade office.

Trainee estate agents

require no previous experience - full training will be provided.

Experienced agents

should have a minimum of 12 months' experience within the estate agency sector.
You will work closely with an experienced Partner in the business, gaining invaluable mentorship and professional development while helping to drive continued success for the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing exceptional service and support. Conduct property viewings and deliver a professional experience to all clients. Generate new business opportunities through proactive marketing and networking. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings. Collaborate with the branch team and management to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months' estate agency experience preferred, though not essential for trainee applicants. Strong customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated with the drive to achieve results. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Willingness to work Saturdays on a rota basis (one in two, 9:00am - 2:00pm).
