We're looking for a

Trainee Estimator

to join our friendly and supportive team in Burntwood. You'll receive full training, work alongside experienced professionals, and build the foundations for a long-term career in the construction industry --

no previous experience required.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our Estimating and Sales team, learning how to:

Review drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotes Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to gather information Support with pricing enquiries and cost breakdowns Keep track of projects and documentation in our CRM system Coordinate with our Design, Contracts, and Production teams Build your understanding of materials, systems, and industry standards
You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, celebrates success, and encourages continuous learning.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's:

Positive and eager to learn

Organised and detail-focused

Confident communicating with different people

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email

Curious about how things are made and how projects come together

You might come from customer service, admin, retail, design, or a completely different background -- what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

(Full training and mentoring will be provided.)
