Job Description

Our suite of services covers the Pre-Construction, Construction and Post-Construction phases of a building project. Clients can choose from Environmental Consultancy, Energy Consultancy and Performance Testing services to help them comply with the Building Regulations and environmental legislation.

What you will be doing?

Compiling estimates for a wide range of services in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Full training will be given.

There will be opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review incoming enquiries to provide estimates for our full range of Built Environment services Understand the requirement of the architect and contractor Liaise with client/sales department to confirm scope of work and offer guidance where needed Read and understand technical drawings Work with other departments to obtain technical information to create the estimates Keep abreast of the Building and Planning regulations Sales and orders administration where required by the business Continuing Professional Development

About you

Accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) Existing knowledge of Building Regulations or the construction industry guidelines would be beneficial
