We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Events Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers you the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, while supporting on a variety of campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in the planning and execution of exciting events, from initial concept to post-event analysis. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns. Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies to promote events. Support in managing event logistics, including venue selection, materials preparation and client communications. Coordinate and manage timelines to ensure every event runs smoothly and to the highest standard. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to analyse feedback and enhance the client experience.

Previous experience in an events or marketing role is a plus but not required.
