We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to join our team as a Trainee Executive Assistant.
The successful candidate will assist the Executive Board and help maintain smooth running of the Company's Headquarters in Cheltenham. You will report to the Executive Assistant on a day-to-day basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to gain experience in a professional office environment. You'll work closely with the Executive Assistant and the Senior Leadership Team, supporting with a range of administrative, organisational, and client-facing tasks that help the office run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and communications support to the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership Team.
Assist with document preparation, diary management, purchasing and ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Executive Board.
Depending on experience, together with the Executive Assistant, assist with and contribute to content creation and social media across all platforms.
Assist with planning and delivering staff socials and events, under the guidance of the Executive Assistant.
Front of House / Office Support
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
Prepare meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments, preparing documents, and setting up equipment/online meeting links.
Support the Executive Assistant with office orders, stock management, and general office organisation.
Assist with scheduling office maintenance and contractor works.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Support with maintaining job adverts, scheduling interviews, and provision of relevant documents for the Interviewing Team.
Assist the Senior Leadership Team with sifting candidates and recruiter correspondence/approaches.
Maintain the onboarding tracker for new staff, prepare welcome packs and induction timetables.
Assist with introduction of new staff to the Company, helping to ensure a smooth positive experience for new joiners.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Desirable:
Previous experience in an office, customer service, or hospitality environment (not essential).
Interested in developing a career in administration or executive support.
Experience using Microsoft Teams or SharePoint (training will be provided).
The role will be based in our Cheltenham HQ at the Brewery Quarter but may require travel between our Gloucestershire offices.
The salary will depend on experience.
