Trainee Fall Protection / Working At Height Engineer
Job Description
Peak Safety Solutions are looking to employ a Trainee Fall protection Engineer to start work October 2025. We are a growing Company within the working at height industry, we have a close-knit, dedicated team who work brilliantly together, along with a carefully selected group of experienced subcontractors.

This is a site-based role which will require frequent travel and occasional overnight stays. You will be responsible for assisting with the installation, and inspection of working at height equipment, abseil equipment and access equipment (Full training to be provided). There will be opportunity for progression within the company for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have / be:
18+, however 21+ is preferable for insurance purposes.
A full driving license and means of commuting to the below.
CSCS card preferable, but this can be provided.
Experience in construction.
A good head for heights.
Able to commute to
Uttoxeter / Cheadle
most days to begin work. Occasionally visiting our unit inEdnaston, Ashbourne.
Hard working and have good communication skills.
Other information:
All equipment and training will be provided.
Pay to be discussed, dependent on experience. Salary expectations of 22,000-26,000.
A normal working week will be Monday - Friday.
Hours will vary weekly, usually 6am starts and varying finish times.
There will be weekend work occasionally. This will be discussed in advance and paid as overtime.
You must be able to work away occasionally - relevant notice will be given.
Expenses covered for working away overnight (Accommodation, 2 daily meals).
