Job Description

We are looking for a keen and driven individual to join our growing team of field service engineers. We install and maintain commercial coldrooms throughout the UK, largely working for large supermarket chains. Our work focuses on the installation and maintenance of the mechanical and electrical components of the room such as the door mechanisms and electrical sensors as well as the fabric of the room itself.

We are offering a trainee role which includes extensive on-the-job training and support with the potential to develop and advance within the company.

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in customer facing situations as well as able to learn and develop the technical skills required for the role. The role requires travel throughout the southeast of England and can involve nights away due to the nature of the work. The candidate needs to be based around the Lincoln area due to working alongside local engineers.

A valid UK driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience is a must due to the nature of the work.

A knowledge of mechanical engineering practices and correct use of hand and power tools is preferable.

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
