Trainee Field Service Technician

25,500 to 27,500 per annum

We are seeking talented individuals, who will be trained to maintain state of the art gym equipment, on behalf of www.technogym.com

The Company is based in Kingsclere, the area covered by this location is as follows - Eastern Wiltshire and Dorset, All of Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Occasionally you would work outside this area, providing cover for our other locations.

Individuals must be well motivated and able to work on their own as well as in a team environment. You will be expected to build strong professional relations with customers and deliver first class customer satisfaction

Training is provided, one to one on customer sites along with an E-learning platform provided by the equipment manufacturer

A company vehicle, fuel card and all necessary IT equipment will be provided. The vehicle can be used for the commute between home and workplace.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving skills

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and technical specifications

Interpersonal skills

Customer service skills

Qualifications in Maths and English are required.

Full Driving Licence.

Salary: 25,500 per year, increasing to 27,500 per year once training is complete and you become a Qualified Technician. This would normally take around 3 months. Further increases of salary are applied when training is completed for Senior Technician and Master Technician.
