As a Trainee Finance Specialist, you will play a vital role and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. We are looking for a talented individual who is fluent in German and possesses a keen interest in finance. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of German clients
  • Ensuring invoices raised are paid in a timely manner
  • Working with the business in Germany to resolve any issue
  • Provide an outstanding client experience
  • Produce monthly statements for the clients
  • Work closely with the sales ledger team
  • Post payments to the system
  • Maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience or internships in finance, accounting or customer service is a plus, but not required.
